The Reserves, Operations and Environmental, Health and Safety Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities in general and in particular, with respect to:

• the oil and natural gas reserves evaluation process and the public disclosure of reserves data (as defined by N1 51-101) and related information as required by N1 51-101;
• the operations of Provident, including any matters relating to Provident's operating activities and its operating expense and capital expenditures budget; and;
• the environmental, health and safety issues affecting Provident, including the evaluation of Provident's programs, controls and reporting systems and its compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
