John Zaozirny is counsel to the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault LLP and Vice-Chairman of Canaccord Capital Corporation.  Mr. Zaozirny also serves as a director and a strategic advisor to a number of public and private corporations and trusts.  He is also a Governor of the Business Council of British Columbia.
