Confidence Line

Provident has an independent, confidential and anonymous resource for all employees and consultants to report suspected unacceptable accounting and auditing practices, health, safety and environmental concerns, security issues and other unbecoming conduct. All complaints will be initially summarized by the independent service provider and forwarded to the Chair of the Provident Board of Directors Audit Committee for review and remediation with Provident management.

Program reporting is administered by Confidence Line. This service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year by calling 1-800-661-9675.
