Lynn Rannelli joined Provident in 2001, following the acquisition of Maxx Petroleum Ltd. and is experienced in the areas of Corporate Administration, Human Resources, Records Management, Investor Relations and Communications.

Lynn is responsible for the corporate secretarial functions at Provident.

Lynn is also a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries.
